The Challenge

Our client had existing Data Warehouse capabilities and a wealth of rich data loading daily, however, it was not being utilised to best effect. The organisation had a desire to move towards more customer-centric rather than product-focused performance measurement. As part of this, they required much richer information on their Customers and a means of easily identifying customer insights, behaviours and trends, presented to the business in a visually appealing way.

The Solution

Working with stakeholders across the organisation, we conducted detailed Business Requirement Elicitation Workshops to fully ascertain the key goals and objectives they needed to achieve. We then designed and implemented high-quality, highly-performant, Business Information Dashboards and Visualisations which quickly draw attention to key trends and behavioural patterns, allowing for easy extraction of useful insights.

The Result

The client has a top-quality suite of Business Information Dashboards designed for use by various levels of the organisation, from C-suite to front-line operational employees. The design facilitates intuitive navigation by business Users, with the ability to apply Advanced Analytics techniques for the more sophisticated end users.  The Dashboards give the business a very effective means of identifying and actioning valuable Insights
